Consent & Preference Management

• Data Subjects V3: Added the following APIs to retrieve either a single data subject profile or a list of all data subject profiles. These APIs are designed to be used in synchronous workflows and will remain available during maintenance periods.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.32. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.34. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

• The LinkToken parameter now populates with the regenerated email token in the response body once the previous token has expired.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile Updated API

Data Discovery

• Update Credential: Added API to update existing credential metadata. The credential metadata defined can be used by the scanner to search for credentials in the vault in Data Discovery.
  • PUT /v2/credentials New API

Data Mapping Automation

• Add Attachments to Inventories: Added API to add attachments to inventory records. This enables users to attach files to inventory records without accessing the application interface.
  • POST /v2/inventories/{id}/attachments New API

Privacy Rights Automation

• Support for User Groups: Updated the following APIs to contain assignedToGroup flag. This enables users to identify requests assigned to user groups.
