Platform Services

• Developer Portal Dark Mode: Customize your viewing experience within the OneTrust Developer Portal by selecting between Light Mode and Dark Mode. By default, the OneTrust Developer Portal will observe users' operating system preferences. Users can manually switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode using the new Sun and Moon icon in the OneTrust Developer Portal header.

Consent & Preference Management

• Create, Update, or Delete Additional Identifiers: Updated API to allow users to create, update, or delete additional identifiers for a data subject.
  • POST /v1/datasubjects/dataelements Updated API

    The Multiple Identifiers for Data Subjects feature must be enabled in order to utilize this functionality. For more information, see ​Managing Data Subject Profiles​​.

• Resolved an issue where searching for a data subject using an additional identifier was not returning search results.
  • GET /v1/datasubjects/profiles Updated API

    The Multiple Identifiers for Data Subjects feature must be enabled in order to utilize this functionality. For more information, see ​Managing Data Subject Profiles​​.

• Data Subjects V3: Added the following APIs to retrieve either a single data subject profile or a list of all data subject profiles. These APIs are designed to be used in synchronous workflows and will remain available during maintenance periods.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.32. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.34. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

Data Mapping Automation

• Updated Query Parameter: Updated the API documentation to include the correct childInventoryId query parameter.
  • DELETE /v2/inventory-hierarchies/{rootInventoryId} Updated API
