End of Support Notification

The following Data Subjects V1 API will reach end of support on December 31, 2023. Any customers leveraging this API endpoint to retrieve data subjects will be affected.

• GET /v1/datasubjects/profiles

Customers can use the following Data Subjects V3 APIs to begin integration testing.

• GET /v3/datasubjects/profile
• GET /v3/datasubject-profiles

Please contact your OneTrust representative or OneTrust Support to request access to these APIs. If you are not making use of the V1 API, no changes are required. For additional details, see Migrating to Data Subjects V3 Endpoints.

• Data Subjects V3: Added the following APIs to retrieve either a single data subject profile or a list of all data subject profiles. These APIs are designed to be used in synchronous workflows and will remain available during maintenance periods.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.32. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.34. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

Data Discovery

• New Data Discovery Worker Node APIs: Added the following APIs to retrieve and update custom connector scan jobs, submit metadata for cataloging, and submit content for classification. This allows you to use APIs to directly communicate with the Data Discovery worker node.

  • PUT /v1/jobs/{jobId}/status New API
  • POST /v1/jobs/{jobId}/classify-data New API
  • POST /v1/jobs/{jobId}/catalog-data New API
