Data Mapping Automation

• Inventory Relations V2 APIs: Added APIs to create, update, and retrieve information on inventory relationships. This enables you to configure and manage inventory relationships in Data Mapping Automation.
  • GET /v1/relationship-types/names/{relationshipTypeName}/relationship/{relationshipId} New API
  • POST /v1/contextual-entities/inventory/{inventoryId}/pages New API
  • PUT /v1/contextual-entities/{contextualLinkId}/contextual-entity-types/{entityTypeId}/data-elements New API

Privacy Rights Automation

• New Parameter for Get a Request by ID API: Updated API with the new requestAdditionalData parameter to improve parsing and prevent Unicode character issues. This parameter supports all languages available in OneTrust.
  • GET /v2/requestqueues/{requestQueueRefId}/language/{language} Updated API

Things to Know

• Upgraded API Specification to OpenAPI 3.0: With this release, OneTrust has upgraded the following API specification from Swagger 2.0 to OpenAPI 3.0 to better align with the latest industry standards:

  • Privacy Cloud - Consent Receipts

  This enhancement brings more comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, improved validation and schema support, and better compatibility with a wide range of tools, libraries, and frameworks.

  Additional API specifications will be upgraded to OpenAPI 3.0 in future releases.

• Updated API Summaries: The following API Summaries have been updated for improved readability and understanding:

  • The Edit a Purpose API has been renamed the Update Purpose API.
  • The Creates a new DRAFT version of the Purpose with the specified UUID API has been renamed the Create New Purpose Version API.
