API Updates

IT Risk Management

• Add Custom Control Attributes to Implementations: Updated the Control Implementations API with the ability to include related risk information. This allows you to add custom control attributes to your control implementations.
  • GET /v1/control-implementations/{guid} Updated API

Univeral Consent & Preference Management

• Set Expiration Date Against Consent Date: Updated API with the ExpiryDateType parameter to allow users to set a Purpose lifespan against the Consent Date instead of the Last Transaction Date. This allows expiration dates to be set for historical data subject records.
  • PUT/api/consentmanager/v1/purposes/{purposeId} Updated API
• Filter Data Subjects with Data Element Values Only: Updated API with the includeDataSubjectsWithOutPurposeTransactions query parameter to filter the response to include only data subjects without purposes or transactions. This allows you to limit the results to data subjects with only data element values.
  • GET/api/consentmanager/v2/datasubjects Updated API
• Inactivate Custom Preferences via API: Updated Custom Preferences API with the ability to inactivate Custom Preferences or individual custom preference options. This prevents custom preferences from being displayed in collection points and ignores transactions against them.
  • PUT /api/consentmanager/v1/custompreferences/{customPreferenceId} Updated API
• Resolved an issue with an API endpoint where passing the GUID of a Purpose in Retired status would result in an error.
  • GET /api/consentmanager/v1/purposes/{purposeId}/datasubjects Updated API

General

• New User Activity APIs: Added APIs to retrieve the user activity associated with an account. This allows you to monitor a user’s individual activity within the account.
  • GET /api/access/v1/users/{userId}/activities New API
