❗️

API Keys created in the Integrations module prior to OneTrust 6.14 (known as Legacy API Keys) have reached end of support with OneTrust 6.31.0. Any customers leveraging Legacy API Keys to authenticate OneTrust APIs or any integration workflows will be affected.

Customers should update any applications or webhooks leveraging these Legacy API Keys with one of the OAuth 2.0 methods OneTrust offers to prevent any interruption of service. If you are not making use of Legacy API Keys, no changes are required. For additional details, see End of Support for Legacy API Keys.

Assessment Automation

  • Set Primary Record: Added API to edit the existing primary record or set a new primary record on an assessment. The existing primary record will either be updated or a new primary record will be created using the attributes in the API request body.
  • Create Task: Added API to create a new task on an assessment. Only a single task can be created on an assessment per API call.
  • Link Assessment: Added API to link an assessment to multiple assessments. This API can also be used for linking active and archived assessments.
  • Updated Query Parameter: Updated API to include the assessmentArchivalState query parameter. This parameter allows users to retrieve a list of Active, Archived, or both Active and Archived assessments.
  • Resolved UI Issue: Updated API to resolve a UI issue that caused the API to display different results than the Assessments list screen.

DataDiscovery

  • Update Scan Profile: Added API to update a scan profile configuration by ID. This allows users to make additional edits to any existing scan profile configuration, such as name, include/exclude path, scan type, etc. by referencing its unique ID.
  • Retrieve Image Versions: Added API to allow users to retrieve the image tags based on the worker node version provided. This allows users to easily get the list of image versions required for an installation.

Universal Consent & Preference Management

  • Updated Query Parameter: Updated the API to include the until query parameter. This parameter can be used in conjunction with the since parameter to filter by date range.
