Consent & Preference Management

• Deleted data subjects no longer appear within the following Data Subjects V3 API responses.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile Updated API
  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles Updated API
• The doNotCall parameter now correctly reflects a value of true in the response for phone numbers that exist in the Do Not Call registry.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile Updated API
• Data Subjects V3: Added the following APIs to retrieve either a single data subject profile or a list of all data subject profiles. These APIs are designed to be used in synchronous workflows and will remain available during maintenance periods.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.32. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.34. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

Privacy Rights Automation

• Bulk Delete Requests API: Added API to allow users to delete multiple requests at once. This new API enables you to remove requests and all details affiliated with the requests—including subtasks, attachments, and results summary contents—from the application permanently. Deleted requests are not recoverable.
  • PUT /v2/requestqueues/bulkdelete/{language} New API
