Deletes requests in bulk based on the input criteria. Deleted requests are NOT recoverable.

This API can be used to bulk delete a subset of requests.

Only requests which match all criteria in the body will be deleted.

All subtasks, attachments, and results summary contents will be deleted along with the request.

Date/Time fields should be in UTC-0 time zone and the following format: YYYY-MM-DDT00:HH:MM.SSSZ
