General Availability
- Updated Get Full Object Details API: Updated the Get Full Object Details API to include the
entityTypeNameparameter. This enhancement allows you to retrieve all object details using either the originally supported entity ID or now with the entity name.
Cookie Consent
Existing Public Preview Features
- Bulk Export APIs: The following APIs are now available for use within The Trust Intelligence Platform to create and cancel bulk exports and retrieve their status, progress, and download details. These APIs enable users to extract large volumes of cookie receipts, consent receipts, and data subjects at once with a limit of six bulk exports per month.

Existing Public Preview Features
- Consent Management Platform APIs: The following APIs are now available for use with retrieving interface attributes needed to display the Banner and Preference Center, retrieving a list of active IAB and Google Vendors to display on the Preference Center, and logging consent when an end user interacts with a Banner or Preference Center. These APIs enable you to easily access data for Banner and Preference Center implementations, disclose vendor information to end users, and capture end user consent.

- The following changes have been made to the Consent Management Platform (CMP) APIs:
- The consent status for general vendors now displays under storage keys for all CMP APIs.
- The
OT-Tcf-Eu2v2-Consent-StringandOT-Addtl-Consent-Stringnow display for all CMP API headers. - The
OT-SDK-Identificationheader was added to all CMP APIs to track the platforms supported by OneTrust.
Policy Management
General Availability
- New Policy Management APIs: The following APIs are now available for use when creating and retrieving details for policies, standards, procedures, and privacy notices. This allows you to leverage APIs to create document objects as well as retrieve documents based on the document type and the last published date.
Universal Consent & Preference Management
Fixed
- Duplicate data subjects are now merging correctly when the Create Scheduled Export of Duplicate Data Subjects API is called and the
ALLvalue is selected for the mergeCondition parameter. - Resolved an issue that prevented the Update Data Subject's Data Elements API from updating data element values that contained empty strings.
- Total count of data subjects is now returned correctly in both V1 and V2 of the Get List of Data Subjects API when called from a child organization.
- Sorting by default is now available in the V2 Get List of Preference Centers API when pagination is applied.
Existing Public Preview Features
- High-Performance Data Subject APIs: High-performance Data Subject APIs are now available for use when retrieving data subjects' basic details, purpose details, email link tokens, and associations with Data Subject Groups. These APIs improve existing Data Subject APIs by offering multiple, separate APIs with more targeted queries to increase efficiency by providing faster response times.
The Data Subjects V4 APIs are currently under Public Preview and use of these APIs will require a migration. Please contact OneTrust Support to request access.
