Consent & Preference Management

• Merge Data Subject Records: Added API to merge related data subject records to a primary data subject record to consolidate transactions and profile history that belong to a single data subject but were captured across multiple data subject identifiers. This feature allows you to maintain a single record that contains all of the data subject’s information.
  • POST /v1/datasubjects/additional-identifiers/merge New API
• Delete Additional Identifiers: Updated the following APIs to support deletion of data subjects with multiple identifiers. With this enhancement, when a data subject is deleted using the DELETE /v2/datasubjects API, any additional identifiers associated with the data subject will not be returned in the response bodies for these APIs.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile Updated API
  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles Updated API
• Resolved an issue that prevented purposes from being deleted when the purpose was linked to a large number of data subjects.
  • DELETE /v2/datasubject-purposes/{purposeGuid} Updated API
• Data Subjects V3: Added the following APIs to retrieve either a single data subject profile or a list of all data subject profiles. These APIs are designed to be used in synchronous workflows and will remain available during maintenance periods.
  • GET /v3/datasubjects/profile New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.32. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

  • GET /v3/datasubject-profiles New API Preview

    This API is under preview beginning in OneTrust 6.34. The response will return results for newly created data subjects after the preview request is enabled.

Data Discovery

• Get Credentials Metadata: Added API to fetch the complete list of all credential metadata. This allows users to know all credentials and their respective details present in their tenant.
  • GET /v2/credentials New API
• Get Credentials Metadata by ID: Added API to fetch credential metadata for a specific ID. This allows users to retrieve details about the given credential without entering the application.
