HubSpot and the OneTrust Script

Integration Steps

1. In your HubSpot account, click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website menu.

3. Select Pages.

4. Select the domain that you want to edit.

5. Under the Templates tab, add the Cookie Banner script to the Site header HTML field.

6. Click the Save button.

Please note, you must turn off the default HubSpot Cookie Policy Notice or else you will have two banners displayed on your site. In order to turn off the HubSpot Cookie Policy, follow these directions:

Disabling the HubSpot Cookie Banner

1. In your HubSpot account, click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Cookies.

3. Select Default policy.

• Use cookies: click the switch to track your visitors with cookies.
• Notify visitors that your site uses cookies: click the switch to display a notification to your visitors to show that your site uses cookies.
• Require opt-in: click the switch to require users to opt in to cookie tracking.

4. Make sure to disable Notify visitors that your site uses cookies as well as Require opt-in.
